La Torre de Hercules

A Coruña offers a spectacular show to whoever gets lost in its streets. Romanic, Baroque, Modernist manifestations and the blend of styles of its buildings and sculptures accompany the walker.
An immense mosaic like wall of glass and colourful galleries welcomes the sailors with its impressive show of lights reflected by the sun.

A Coruña´s famous landmark, Tower of Hercules, is surrounded by a park of impressive sculptures such as the "Caronte", the grand bronze guard of the Tower, The "Rosa de los Vientos", nautical rose definer of the horizontal course; or the "Hércules en la nave de los Argonautas", that shows the mythical hero on a grand, granite rowing boat.
